What is the cost of shipping?
All delivery to the United States is free. International shipping costs may vary so please contact email@example.com for a quote.

Our standard delivery covers the United States. However, we can provide quotes to the rest of the world.
How much is international shipping?

All products that have been personalised/customised are not subject to the Returns Policy below. Personalised / customised bags cannot be returned or exchanged.
As a customer you are entitled to cancel the contract, with no explanation necessary, within fourteen ( 14 ) days after the day the goods are received (proved by postal receipt or courier signed copy of delivery). Cancellation must be performed via written instruction (letter or e-mail). Upon receipt of these written instructions, the notice of cancellation is given. Written cancellation must be sent within the time limit to make it valid. Returns should be addressed to: firstname.lastname@example.org
What materials make up the Parcca?
The outer waterproof layer of the Parcca is made from 100% RPET (recycled plastic), and the inner lambswool sherpa fleece is made from 100% recycled polyester.
What is the difference between the Sutro 250 and Okura 350?
These two Parccas are made from the same materials, but the Heavyweight has a slightly deeper inner lining, recommended for use in colder environments. The Lightweight is more suitable for warmer climates and has additional mobility.
Are the Parccas waterproof?
The outer material is from 100% waterproof RPET (recycled plastic). The Parcca has an overall waterproof rating of 5000mm
What colors are available for Parcca?
The outer material is black, and for the inner lining you can choose between black or grey.
How do I wash my Parcca?
Hand or machine wash separately on a delicate cycle in warm water only. Use mild detergent, rinse well and hang to dry. Do not bleach or use fabric softener. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean.
Where are your products manufactured?
Parccas are manufactured in China. Our founder and CEO visits the factory every two years to ensure the highest working conditions. We also have an extremely detailed code of conduct that our suppliers must sign before working with us.
According to the size guide I fit into more than one size. Which one should I get?
We understand the importance of choosing the right size. We recommend opting for the smaller option for a more snug fit. For slightly more mobility, and with additional layers underneath we suggest a bigger size.
Which weight Parcca do I need?
There are two weights available for the Parcca, Lightweight and Heavyweight. The heavyweight Parcca is more suitable to colder climates, and the lightweight Parcca for warmer climates.
What is your approach to Sustainability?
Being a new start-up company, it has provided us with an opportunity to focus on our Sustainability from the very beginning. Our first version of the Parcca is made from 91% recycled plastic, and we aim to achieve 100% in the near future.
We firmly believe that our responsibility does not end with just the product and its packaging. Although a daunting prospect, tackling our carbon footprint is our biggest concern. From the very beginning, we have come up with ways to try and reduce carbon emissions, considering things such as the way we freight our products. We hope to continuously try to reduce our carbon emissions throughout the entire supply chain, with the eventual goal of being carbon neutral.

How do you apply a gift card or voucher?
Once you have successfully added all items to your cart, proceed to the checkout. Here you will see an area to enter your code. It is important to ensure you spell the code correctly, including the use of capital letters. It is important to note that gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with another discount. If you have any problems, please contact email@example.com.
What payment options are there?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, apple pay and Shop Pay. We don't accept PayPal.
Are payments secure?
All payments are 100% secure, and we do NOT hold any card details after purchase.
Can I pay in instalments?
Currently it is not possible to pay in instalments, but this is something we are looking at utilising.
How do I place an order?
First you need to locate the products that you wish to purchase. Once you have done this, you will see an option to add them to your cart. If you wish to add multiple of the same product, there will be an option to select the quantity you wish to purchase. After you have added all the desired products to the cart, go to the ‘Checkout’.
Here you will be able to confirm which products you have added to your cart, as well as the total cost. If you are happy, then you can select one of our payment methods.
You will then be required to enter your contact details and delivery address. After entering these details, the website will automatically calculate the cost of shipping, and will add it to your order. Once the order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
I have added products to the cart, but it says the cart is empty?
This may be because you have disabled cookies on this webpage. Cookies are important as they help the different pages communicate, therefore ensuring products will be transferred to your cart.
Do I need to be registered with the website to place an order?
No. You can either place an order after logging in, or you can place an order as an unregistered guest. Either way you will receive a confirmation order and be provided with simple tracking details.
