WEATHERPROOF = Waterproof & Windproof

The outer shell material of Parcca is waterproof up to 10,000mm. BIONIC-FINISH® ECO is a durable water repellent that is free of PFAS & PFC-free. The technology behind this, ecologically treats products to become water repellent by mimicking nature. BIONIC-FINISH® ECO is a water-repellent that functions like a bird’s feathers and together with heat-sealed seams creates a durable and solid barrier against water & wind. This technology provides excellent water repellency with minimal application quantities, without affecting the texture, appearance or breathability of the treated textiles. 

Drying and Warming Technology - Sherpa Fleece Lining

Our sherpa fleece lining has been especially designed to get you dry, and warm. The technology in our sherpa fleece ensures that you become warm very quickly even when put on when you wet without it ever feeling damp. The clever composition of the recycled fleece material both insulates and has the ability to wick water away from the skin.
If you put the Parcca on when you are wet or damp the moisture will evaporate through the Parcca materials stopping you sweating and as you get drier you warm up quickly. The Parcca has a breathability rating of 5,000 g/m2/d. 

Recycled Fabrics

The outer shell fabric is made from 100% recycled nylon and waterproof up to 10,000mm and windproof. The durable water repellent ( DWR ) is PFC-free BIONIC-FINISH ECO® water-resistant and together with heat sealed seams means that you are fully protected from the wind & rain.
The high performing sherpa fleece lining is made from 100% recycled polyester and is approved by the Global Recycle Standard and certified OEKO-TEX Standard 100.
